After 12 awesome years, Roebling Tea Room has announced their final day of business at 143 Roebling Street. What was only an old factory building in 2005 quickly became a staple in Williamsburg, offering up delicious food and cocktails in an industrial loft space. You can see their final message to patrons below:
Owner Syd Silver recently told Eater NY that she has no plans to open Roebling Tea Room anywhere else. "This restaurant really was about this corner and about this neighborhood," Silver said. "This was a special place that I can't really imagine anywhere but here." Final service will be Memorial Day Brunch & Dinner on Monday, May 29th - don't miss it!
