Curbed New York, the former site of the Domino Sugar Refinement plant is now leasing! Located at 325 Kent Ave, the site will eventually be home to 6,000+ units and a waterfront park. Apartments in the building will start at $2,495 for studios, $3,250 for one-bedrooms, and $5,195 for two bedrooms.
The first retail tenant was also just announced as Mekelburg's, a craft beer bar that will be housed in a 4,000 square foot space. Many of the other amenities, including the roof deck, park, and resident's lounge (pictured below) are still under construction. Listings and floor plans still haven't been released yet, but be sure to check back soon for more info!
