Eater recently announced their list of America's 38 Essential Restaurants, and one of Raleigh's own made the list yet again! Located at 426 S McDowell Street, Poole's Diner puts Raleigh on the map, and if you haven't had their Macaroni au gratin, you're doing it wrong!

From Eater: "The seat of Ashley Christensen's empire effortlessly bonds Southern and French cuisines. The menu is always changing with the seasons, but the macaroni au gratin is forever."
