As reported by, the wait is {almost} finally over! Morgan Street Food Hall and Market, located at 411 West Morgan St. in the Warehouse District, has announced its opening date. Representatives announced on Tuesday that Morgan Street will be opening its doors on July 23rd.

The 22,000 square foot space will feature 20 culinary options, including:

  • Raleigh Raw
  • Sasool
  • Oak City Fish and Chips
  • Cow Bar
  • Ginger and Soy
  • Boba Brew
  • City Sushi
  • Cousins Maine Lobster
  • Carroll's Kitchen: A nonprofit that provides job training and employment to women in the community with the goal of ending homelessness.
  • Makus Empanadas
  • Raleigh Rolls
  • Wicked Taco
  • Bella's Wood Fired Pizza

Aside from the fixed locations, there will also be specialized retail carts selling packaged foods and culinary-related items. Morgan Street Food Hall will also house 2 bars - The Arbor, which will feature an indoor and outdoor patio space, and Auntie Betty's, a small gin and cocktail bar. Retail tenants include Hail Mary Mix, Five Points Baking Co., Mike D's BBQ, and The Soaperie.

Niall Hanley, owner of Hibernian Hospitality Group, had this to say:

My goal in finding the right culinary concepts for the Morgan Street Food Hall was to make sure I was not only offering a wide variety of choices but also that those choices had a tie-in to the local community. Each of the tenants we've named has an exceptional story – whether it is Carroll's Kitchen, a non-profit that aims to break the cycle of homelessness or a local food truck like Cousin's Maine Lobster that has found enormous success but wants to expand; this is a way that the culinary community of Raleigh can grow and chefs and entrepreneurs can try new things on a smaller scale.

Morgan Street Food Hall Hours:

Sunday - Wednesdays: 7am-10pm

Thursday - Saturday: 7am - 2am
