November is the month for food, and thankfully, Jersey City has some of the best food around. From unique eats to well-known dishes, Jersey City boasts some of the biggest—and best—portions around. Here are places to get out-of-this-world portions in JC for you to indulge and have leftovers for days.


Brownstone Diner

Diners are notorious for having huge portions in Jersey, but Brownstone goes above and beyond. From pancake wraps to huge club sandwiches and desserts that are overflowing off of the plate, Brownstone takes portion size to a whole other level. 426 Jersey Ave.


O'Hara's Downtown Pub

O'Hara's Pub doesn't have your typical pub food. While it does have burgers and sandwiches, it also has large bar pies, mac and cheese, and great brunch offerings. The portions are great for when you want to stuff your face, and of course wash it all down with a personal fish bowl. 172 1st St.
