Is it us? Or does March Madness seem to draw a bigger crowd than the NBA finals? Maybe it's the post St. Patrick's Day fever or just spring fever is general, the thrill of betting on the games, or maybe a love for some good old fashion college ball. Whatever your reason is, we've got you covered with some of the best places to catch the March Madness games all around Chilltown.

Grove Corner Bar

Directly across from the Grove St. PATH station, Grove Corner Bar is the prime location for catching the game with friends. Corner Bar has 22 flat screen TVs and a slammin' $8 menu, which includes 36oz personal pitchers of beer, wings, sliders, tacos, and more. If those aren't good enough specials for you, they claim to be "home of the $5 Jameson shot." Got a lot of money riding on the game? You won't have to spend much to go out and watch it here. 116 Newark Ave.

Hudson Hall

What's better than some BBQ and ball? Come to Hudson Hall to catch all the major games. Their March Madness specials include $1 wings, $5 Hudson Hall Lager, and $7 wing specials. Yeah, you could say they got the best deal on wings covered. 364 Marin Blvd.

The Ashford

Of course, this new Newark Ave. powerhouse makes this list! Have you seen the TVs and setup in this place? With ample seating at the bar and tables, no matter where you sit you'll have a clear view of the TVs. And that's really a top priority when you want to catch all the action of the game. 145 Newark Ave.

Zeppelin Hall

There is plenty of room to sprawl out and ball out for the March Madness games at Zeppelin Hall. However, you won't need to ball out much with happy hour drink specials from open to close. Another reason Zeppelin Hall is a great place to watch the games? Their gigantic big screens of course, which will be in full use for the Big East Finals. 88 Liberty View Dr.

O'Hara's Downtown Sports Bar & Grill

Looking to level up when it comes to your game beer selection? O'Hara's is your place, with a craft beer selection of 90+ (yes, you read that number correctly) and new ones added weekly. O'Hara's is also stepping up in the "game day eats" department. From buffalo chicken ravioli to meatball sliders served with a side of curly fries, there is something for everyone on the menu! There are 7 TVs in the bar area, and 7 on the floor, so you'll get screen time no matter where you set up camp. 172 1st St.

Halftime Bar & Grill

Halftime Bar & Grill is a sports bar with some cool vibes for sure. If you're catching a game on Monday or Wednesday they have an awesome buy a cocktail, get a free shot deal, so you'll definitely be buzzed by the final buzzer. They carry a small bar bites menu, but something that is not so small is the wing selection with funky flavors like Lemon Pepper, Old Bay, and Jerk. 746 West Side Ave.

Paulie's Brick House

Pizza and beer—now if that doesn't put you in a "college state of mind" nothing truly will. If you're looking for the best place in The Heights to catch March Madness, Paulie's is it. This small and cozy sports bar has a total of 9 TVs. Ordering a pizza is a must! 264 Central Ave

Lucky 7s Tavern

If a laid-back neighborhood bar is your type of game environment, then Lucky 7s is your place. Plus Lucky 7s' specials game is on point, like 50-cent wing Mondays and Wild Wednesdays with $2 PBR cans and $4 whiskey drinks. 322 2nd Ave.

Villa Borghese III

Is a sports lounge atmosphere more your speed? VB3 it is! There are plenty of TVs to watch multiple games. VB3's happy hour has loads of specials: $5 well cocktails, $3 "shot of the day" and domestic bottles, $4 domestic drafts, $8 sliders and more. Yeah, the list is pretty extensive, and the best part is it's Monday-Friday from 5-8pm. 475 Washington Blvd.

Dorrian's Red Hand

Looking to watch the games in a low-key environment? Dorrian's has 20 TVs and some delicious bar food. A rare find in the Newport area. 555 Washington Blvd.
