Jersey City July 4th Festival at Exchange Place – July 4th
The largest Independence Day celebration in the tristate area is back at Exchange Place in Jersey City for its sixth year, and you don't want to miss it! On Thursday, from noon to 10pm, head on over for an afternoon filled with local eats, carnival amusements, kids' activities, with an evening capped by a stunning fireworks display by the world-famous Fireworks by Grucci. There will be musical performances and live entertainment featuring the event's headliner Pitbull, and Jersey City's own Akon!

2019 Statue of Liberty 5K at Liberty Island – July 4th

Berry Lane Park Concert Series – July 11th, 18th, and 25th
The City of Jersey City, Mayor Steven M. Fulop, the Jersey City Municipal Council and the Office of Cultural Affairs are excited to welcome back the Berry Lane Park concert series! Part of the larger Summer in the City series, the Berry Lane Park series takes place in Berry Lane Park every Thursday during the months of July and August. The Office of Cultural Affairs, in conjunction with the Friends of Berry Lane Park have curated this series to enrich the park with live music throughout the summer. thAnnual Jersey City Caribbean Carnival Parade! You can join in and be a part of this exciting and colorful Parade that starts at noon at Lincoln Park and ends at the Reviewing Stand located at City Hall (280 Grove Street). SummerFest Concert Series at Liberty State Park – Every Sunday & Tuesday

th, The City of Jersey City, Mayor Steven M. Fulop, the Jersey City Municipal Council and the Office of Cultural Affairs are welcoming back the SummerFest concert series! SummerFest is a concert series that takes place every Tuesday and Sunday in Liberty State Park during the months of July and August. Part of the larger Summer in the City series, the Office of Cultural Affairs hand selects musical groups ranging in flavour, from Motown, Jazz, Blues, Vintage and Classic Rock, Country, Cuban Dance, Funk and R&B. Summer Dance Concert Series at J. Owen Grundy Park – Every Wednesday
Starting on Saturday July 10
th, The City of Jersey City, Mayor Steven M. Fulop, the Jersey City Municipal Council and the Office of Cultural Affairs are bringing back the Summer Dance concert series. Part of the larger Summer in the City series, Summer Dance takes place during the month of July, and brings live performing arts to the Jersey City waterfront.
