Berry Lane Park Concert Series
A part of the "Summer in the City" series brought to you by Mayor Steven M. Fulop, the Jersey City Municipal Council, and the Office of Cultural Affairs with the help of Friends of Berry Lane Park. This Thursday from 6-8pm enjoy the neo soul, funk, and R&B sounds of Angela Johnson.

The all female cast of Hudson Shakespeare will be performing

NAHREP Union Essex Networking Cruise
The NAHREP Union Essex is hosting a networking cruise from 7-11pm this Thursday evening. Mix, mingle, and meet other like-minded business professionals. The cruise is operated by Empire Cruises, and the boat, that goes by the name of Harbor Lights, will be leaving from the Liberty Landing Marina. NAHREP Union Essex is non-profit organization that is committed to the advocacy of its members; driven by purpose, cultural heritage and the entrepreneurial spirit. 2019 Jersey City LGBT Pride Festival Opening Party
Jersey City Pride kicks off with a party at Talde from 8pm-2am. Sexy siren LAGOONA BLOO of Stephanie's Child will be the host and the tunes provided by DJ Marto and DJ Senobyte, two prominent NYC nightlife DJs. Shot specials, giveaways, and performances are all in-store throughout the night. Small bites will be served at the main bar from 8-11pm. A $5 cover charge will benefit the Hudson Pride Center.

A Modest Runway Fashion Exhibit at White Eagle Hall
White Eagle Hall is switching up the normal programing and featuring a runway fashion show. Vendors from the tri-state area will have their pieces and creations on display and available for purchase! Doors open at 3pm and the show starts at 4pm. This event is presented by A Christ Life LLC.

Penny Lane At Surf City
Beatles tribute band Penny Lane will be performing live at Surf City this Sunday afternoon from 4-7:30 pm. Enjoy the large outdoor venue on the water and their special Lobster Palooza. Yoga in the Park for Kids
Beloved World Yoga is hosting a special Yoga in the Park edition for kids. This Sunday at the Riverview Farmers Market bring the kids for a yoga class from 10:15-10:45am. Their regular scheduled Yoga in the Park class for adults is still on from 11am-noon. The class is free, however a $10 donation is suggested.
